Kindle Fire 2 Avilable for Christhmas! Shocking Release Date!

While it is still a sad and disappointing rumor, we hope that it is not true! The Kindle Fire 2 will be released for Christmas when the buyer's impulse is boiling up as we discussed previously. These latest news come from a report by Reuters and they seem rather truthful. We though that the factories in Foxconn are working full power mass producing the new kindle, but it seems Amazon had other plans from the beginning. Oh? And what are these plans? A brand new tablet for the summer that will serve as placeholder for the Fire 2 and help fight against the new iPad Mini that is coming to town.

The Kindle Ice?

Isn't it an interesting new name for a kindle? It is the summer season that the tablet is aimed for and the name has great marketing potential. I don't know about you, but it would probably make me chuckle a bit and actually get me to go online and read the specs and see the hot deals cool off as the Kindle Ice freezes them. Yes, that was a poor pun, but it is hard to resist with such a name. But where did this big idea of the Kindle Ice even come from?

Have you ever heard of the guy Jeffrey Casserino, from New York? Yeah, me neither, and he isn't so important anyway. The deal with Mr Casserino is that he began buying some unusual domain names some of which had kindle ice included in them. Amazon either threatened to sue him or bought the domain fair and square as they now have ownership of all of them. No mater, the point is that they wouldn't have gone through all that trouble if they didn't need those names, correct? Yes, that pretty much it the whole story, and quite honestly I don't buy it.

It is rather far fetched and damn right stupid. I even did some research and this happened in October 2011. This means somebody dug up an old story and tried to make it headline news in the tech world. Perhaps Amazon is trying to start a rumor treadmill for the Kindle Fire 2, but they lack the experience Samsung has demonstrated for their Galaxy S3 phone.

Just remember not to expect the Kindle Fire 2 any time soon.

Kindle Fire 2 Release Date

News from Amazon are coming in slow, but that's one of the things I respect about them. Instead of starting off rumors and spreading false information that changes each week, they wait until they really have something important to share with us. Even though are blog was able to obtain some leaked photographs of the new Kindle Fire 2 on the leaked Kindle Fire 2 images page, there is no information how far in development the device is. So yes, the release date remains unknown...or does it? Perhaps we are closer to the release date then we may think. A recent poll on the popular website fire2.net which thrives to bring the latest news on the Kindle Fire 2, shows that users are hopping for the device to be release in lat May. Sadly, we are in the middle of it, and no news have been posted yet, which leaves us with the hopes of summer release or perhaps a late holiday special for 2013. Either way, we hope it will be worth the wait, and here is the mentioned poll:
May no longer seems to be a valid option.

The Buyer's Impulse, a Story of Amazon's Success

Prices at $199 during the holiday season is what gave Kindle Fire its amazing start-up success. And let's be real, during the holiday season when we buy presents and gifts for special occasions, we are more likely to buy stuff for ourselves as well. It's like that feeling: Well, I bought my wife these silver earrings, I might as well treat myself to something as well. This is the buyer's impulse and the folks at Amazon know how to use it!

The Kindle Fire Takes Number 1 Spot! The Fire 2 on its Way!

The Kindle Fire is an amazing tablet! You agree don't you? It really fulfills most of ones needs and is a pleasure to use. Though it is an entry level device it still packs a lot of features you can't get out of those quick start packages vendors are offering. The Kindle Fire 2 has some big shoes to fill and thus the creators are probably working very hard on it. The new device may be called the Inferno as we previously reported and while it is a nice thought, Amazon would make a much better move if they just stuck with the old name.

The Kindle Fire Takes Over the Android Tablet Market!

Great news for the fans! A recent report from the firm Ars technica has shown that the Amazon Kindle Fire had a total of 54% of shares of all the Android tablet sales as of the end of February.  Amazing isn't it? Here we are talking about a new model, yet the previous one seems to be in its prime! A terrific job by Amazon has been done in the way they are marketing the product. In fact, there was a recent sale where the Kindle was available and a stunning price of $139. Samsung and their Galaxy Tab family control only 15% of the market share which means that they can just weep in shame and watch as the Market burns in the Kindle's fire!

Enough of the poetic sentences then, the only fires we want to see burning are the ones at Catcher Technology and Foxconn which will be held responsible for the production of the upcoming device.
